What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end QA delivery across large Telecom OSS/BSS programs
• Define and govern testing strategy, quality standards, and release readiness
• Drive automation adoption and AI-powered testing with measurable business impact
• Manage multi-vendor teams, stakeholders, risks, and program dependencies
• Deliver actionable quality insights to senior leadership and customers
• Build high-performing QA teams and advance next-generation testing capabilities

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering
• Strong Telecom OSS/BSS domain expertise across Order Management, Billing, CRM, Provisioning, and Integrations
• Proven success managing large-scale, multi-vendor testing programs
• Experience with ALM, Octane, Jira, Zephyr, or qTest
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, test automation, and release management
• Exposure to GenAI, Agentic QA, and modern testing practices is highly desirable
