Test Phase Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Test Phase Manager to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space.

This role will guide enterprise testing efforts for a large-scale ERP program, ensuring testing phases are coordinated, controlled, and aligned to overall program objectives. You will partner closely with agency stakeholders, system integrators, and program leadership to manage dependencies, surface risk, and keep execution on track. The position requires strong governance, reporting, and cross-functional leadership across a complex public-sector environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $145,000 – $158,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise test strategy and master test plan for the ERP program
• Supervise and direct Test Phase Leads across multiple testing phases
• Oversee enterprise-level risk management for testing activities
• Coordinate testing activities across agencies and system integrators
• Provide structured governance and executive-level reporting to program leadership

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in program delivery or projects of significant complexity
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies
• Strong understanding of governance and operational frameworks for enterprise initiatives
• Expertise in risk management and decision-making within complex operational environments
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and diverse teams
