Test Planner Section Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Section Manager Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading their team to fullfil customer requirements, collaborating with internal and external teams, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

-Understand customer's demand plan, upload demand in automated test planning system.

-Analyze automated test plan outcome vs customer demand before share with production team.

-Coordinate with test engineering teams to define test requirements for new devices

-Analyze test performance on daily basis to identify potential delivery gaps and work with production on recovery plan.

-Support on system time request for test program development, validation, and debug activities by giving heads up to customer on potential misses with revised delivery plan.

-Manage test capacity and resource allocation in alignment with production schedules.

-Manage off shore/subcons lot scheduling using another test scheduling system.

-To provide details for issue tracker/AER/NPI/E lots for pretest to inventories in system and plan for test allocation and shipment follow shipment address.

-Ensure all schedule lots with PO for billing

-Handle customer return lots under ECPRN/RMA lots - ensure full data is provided by customer to inventories the lots in system.

-Requirement for return lots to be co-ordinated with customer to ensure correct process flow is being followed from test until lot shipped out.

-Handle ENQ lots follow manual instruction provided by internal or customer.

-Co-ordinate with maintenance to expedite on handler conversion/movements .

-Ensure OTD performance meeting set target

-Feedback to customer to slow down loading/loop sided wip turn hitting more than 14 days inventory.

-Feedback to assy team to expedite or slow down loading/loop sided wip turn hitting less/more than 14 days inventory.

-To review the quarter demand to plan ahead to close parts early than requested date

• Daily update RFD file & review to make correct decision for below wip splitting/converting to close as much RFD orders (REN)

-Arrange CBOM splitting & convert to meet required order (REN)

Qualifications

• Degree holders: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Diploma/SPM holders: Minimum 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
