The Opportunity:

We have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and detail oriented Pricing Coordinator to join our collaborative and highly functional finance team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing pricing strategies, analysing market trends, and optimizing pricing models. You will be responsible for processing price change notifications (PCNs), generating accurate price lists, and ensuring the integrity of pricing data across various departments.

Day to day you will:

• Receive, review, and process price change notifications (PCNs) in a timely manner to implement pricing changes accurately
• Compile and generate comprehensive price lists based on approved changes, ensuring consistency and accuracy 
  Conduct thorough reviews and checks of price changes, monitor and maintain the integrity of pricing data in various systems and databases, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed
• Work closely with stakeholders across departments including finance, operations, and supply chain to gather pricing information, address concerns, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Analyse pricing data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement, and provide insights to inform pricing strategies
• Assist in month-end close activities related to pricing, including reconciliations
• Prepare and distribute month-end pricing reports to key stakeholders, highlighting any significant changes or variances

About You:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Accounting or Finance
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role with knowledge of pricing strategies and methodologies
• Advanced Excel skills with exposure to ERP systems
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and an ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• A detailed oriented and process driven individual who is passionate about developing and embedding best practice
