Role Overview

As a Test Role - System Run Through, you will play a key part in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our systems within the Customer Service & Call Centre environment. Your work will help optimise service delivery and enhance the experience of both our staff and the public we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough system run-throughs and testing to identify issues and ensure seamless operation.
• Collaborate closely with IT and operational teams to support process improvements and implement solutions.
• Monitor system performance and report on findings, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Provide timely and clear communication to relevant stakeholders regarding system status and updates.
• Assist in the development and documentation of testing procedures and best practices.
• Support training initiatives by providing insights and feedback based on system run-through results.
• Maintain accurate records of test outcomes and system logs for audit and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in a Customer Service or Call Centre environment is highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of system testing or quality assurance processes.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable using computer systems and standard office software.
• A positive and flexible attitude with a commitment to delivering high standards.
