Test Technician

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship Required. -Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.

-Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards.

-Use various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.

-Document accurate data records and results test databases, generate reports, and assist in improving test procedures.

-Basic troubleshooting / retesting of electronic assemblies.

-Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

-Basic computer skills required, including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.

-Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

-Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.

-Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.

-Strong work ethics and a reputation for punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn in their role.

-High school diploma or GED required.
