💼 Position: Test Technician

Role Summary

The Test Technician will support testing activities to ensure products meet the required standards for quality, reliability, and functionality.

You will be involved in test setup and execution, issue identification, documentation, and troubleshooting, while working closely with Engineers and cross-functional teams to support product and process improvements.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Set up testing equipment and test environments
• Execute manual and automated testing activities
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
• Identify, document, and follow up on defects and testing issues
• Prepare test reports and maintain accurate testing documentation
• Develop and maintain test scripts where required
• Work closely with Engineers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues
• Support improvements to testing processes and product quality
• Ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards

🎓 Requirements

• Diploma / Associate Degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant degree qualifications are also welcome
• Relevant experience in testing, test engineering, hardware/software testing, or a related technical environment
• Familiarity with JIRA, TestRail, or other test/defect management tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or other test automation tools is an advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
