Job Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
• Analyse requirements and user stories to identify gaps and create effective test scenarios.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing to verify product functionality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using test and bug-tracking tools.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using suitable testing tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers to set up and maintain testing environments and automation frameworks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Validate products against required performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures, test results, defects, and issues, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities and recommend improvements to products, testing methods, and QA processes.

Job Responsibility:

• High School, Diploma, or Associate’s Degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Test Technician, Test Engineer, or in software/hardware testing.
• Proficient in using test management and defect tracking tools, such as JIRA and TestRail.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
