Job Summary:

We are looking for a Software Test Engineer / QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, API Testing, and SQL/Database Testing. Candidates with strong Banking domain experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Functional, SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements.
• Execute manual and automated test cases and analyze results.
• Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent tools.
• Perform database/backend validation using SQL queries.
• Identify, report, track, and retest defects.
• Participate in defect triage and coordinate with Development and Business teams.
• Ensure proper test coverage and timely completion of testing activities.

Mandatory Skills:

• Banking Domain experience Payments, Transactions, Deposits, Accounts, Customer Management, etc.
• Strong Manual Testing experience.
• Hands-on Automation Testing experience.
• API Testing Postman / REST Assured or equivalent.
• SQL / Database Testing and data validation.
• Good knowledge of Test Case Design.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.

Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of relevant Software Testing / QA experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple testing activities.
