What you’ll own:

✔ High-volume coordination of drug & alcohol testing programs

✔ Real-time tracking of compliance, follow-ups, and deadlines

✔ Daily/weekly/monthly reporting tied to client compliance

✔ Rapid communication with clients, MROs, labs, and participants

📊 Accuracy in documentation & compliance tracking

📊 Volume of cases managed simultaneously

📊 Client satisfaction & issue resolution speed

We’re looking for someone who:

✔ Moves fast without sacrificing accuracy

✔ Is relentlessly organized and deadline-driven

✔ Can handle pressure, volume, and constant communication

✔ Thinks ahead, solves problems, and owns outcomes

💻 Remote role (structured schedule + distraction-free environment required)

💰 $18.50-$19.00/hour, work schedule 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST (M-F), offer a full array of benefits to include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k).
