QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
• Preferably with at least two (2) years of work experience in Commissioning of Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Elevator System

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspects completed systems and common area facilities to identify quality issues prior to handover and records findings in the First Time Quality (FTQ) application.
• Maintains all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) or Civil, Architectural, and Structural (CAS) Testing and Commissioning (T&C) documentation for the entire project, including commissioning records, site observations, testing procedures, test checklists, and other related T&C documents.
• Prepares and presents weekly T&C reports during coordination meetings.
• Reviews handover documents, including test and inspection records, for completeness and provides feedback to the Construction team on any missing or incomplete requirements.
• Responds to Requests for Acceptance (RAT) within two (2) days from receipt.
• Validates actual dimensions, layouts, and finishes against the approved as-built drawings.
• Issues Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) for deviations from approved plans and specifications and records them in the Quality Assurance System (QAS)
• Prepares Certificates of Acceptance and Turnover (CATs) for areas and facilities that comply with approved plans and specifications, and endorses them to the T&C Manager for further processing.
• Attends and successfully completes all required training programs.
