We are currently seeking hands-on and technically driven Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Engineers to support mission-critical Data Center projects in Thailand.

Job Responsibilities

Testing & Commissioning Activities

• Plan, execute, and oversee Testing & Commissioning activities for mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Perform functional and performance testing on systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing phases
• Ensure all systems function according to project specifications and client requirements before handover
• Support commissioning activities within project timelines

Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients during commissioning phases
• Develop and review testing procedures, commissioning plans, and technical documentation
• Document testing results, corrective actions, defects, and recommendations
• Provide technical support and guidance to operational teams
• Participate in lessons learned reviews and contribute to future project improvements

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations
• Support Quality, Health & Safety (QHSE) compliance across project activities
• Coordinate maintenance accessibility and operational readiness in accordance with Data Center design guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in Testing & Commissioning, M&E systems, construction projects, or Data Center environments is preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, control systems, or critical infrastructure is an advantage
• Able to troubleshoot technical and operational issues effectively
• Excellent English communication skills
• Good coordination, communication, and documentation skills
• Familiar with QA/QC and EHS standards
• Able to work on-site and in a fast-paced project environment
