Testing & Commissioning Manager

**Please note this role is 50% based on site in Dublin and 50% based from home, subject to the project demands.**

Are you passionate about turning complex railway systems into safe, operational networks? We are seeking an experienced Testing & Commissioning Manager to lead the successful introduction of major signalling and railway systems into operational service.

This is an opportunity to play a key role on high-profile rail programmes, ensuring that cutting-edge technology transitions from design into safe, reliable operation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and implementing Testing & Commissioning strategies
• Managing test and commissioning plans across multidisciplinary teams
• Supporting possession planning and operational readiness activities
• Leading readiness reviews and defect management processes
• Coordinating stakeholders through testing, commissioning and handover
• Producing test reports and final handover documentation

What We're Looking For

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline
• Proven experience of railway testing and commissioning
• Strong experience with ETCS and Computer Based Interlocking systems
• Proven ability to develop testing and commissioning strategies
• Experience delivering complex operational handovers
