- Building Management System (BMS) & Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS)
- Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression & Life Safety Systems Commissioning
- ELV, ICT, Security, Access Control & CCTV Systems Integration
- Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, NFPA, IEEE & Data Centre Standards Compliance
- Commissioning Planning, Scheduling & Execution
- Technical Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
- Vendor, Consultant & Client Coordination
- Risk Management & Commissioning Readiness Assessment
- Quality Assurance, Documentation & Handover Management
- Project Management & Stakeholder Management
- Leadership, Team Management & Communication Skills
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 15+ years, with at least 5 years in Data Centre/Mission Critical Facility Testing & Commissioning projects.
