Testing and Validation Engineer

About the role

Conducting tests on material battery cells and modules according to test procedures, including monitoring the test process, quality control, and reporting. Test bench setup, fixture assembly and disassembly, tooling preparation, equipment maintenance. Analysis of test requirements for continuous development of test technologies and data analysis methods. Support and training of laboratory technicians in the implementation and processing of various project tasks, including handling exceptions and test errors, data processing, and preparation of test reports. Communication with clients on the test project, assistance in the preparation and implementation of customer audits and laboratory management certification such as ISO 17025.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related professions
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive company
• Knowledge of EV Battery technology
• English language proficiency
• Mandarin language proficiency
