Testing and Validation Engineer

• Conducting tests on material battery cells and modules according to test procedures, including monitoring the test process, quality control, and reporting.
• Test bench setup, fixture assembly and disassembly, tooling preparation, equipment maintenance.
• Analysis of test requirements for continuous development of test technologies and data analysis methods.
• Support and training of laboratory technicians in the implementation and processing of various project tasks (also regarding handling exceptions and test errors, data processing, preparation of test reports, etc.)
• Communication with clients on the test project, assistance in the preparation and implementation of customer audits and laboratory management certification such as ISO 17025.
• Administrative and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related professions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive company.
• Knowledge of EV Battery technology.
• Languages: English, Mandarin.
