industry. KSPG Automotive India Private Limited is a part of global “Power Systems Division” of the Group its headquarter is located at Takwe, Tal Maval Dist. Pune in India,

manufacturing multiple well known products viz. for IC Engine (passenger cars/trucks) like EGR, ETB, components for heat pumps and high-quality metallic plain bearings for

vehicles and other industrial applications. The Division Power Systems in India has two manufacturing locations viz; Pune Takwe has Plant 1 manufacturing products for Thermal

& Air Management, Plant 2 Bearings & Plant 3 at Supa (Ahmednagar), and is a leading supplier engine plain Bi-metal half bearings, flange bearings, thrust washers and bushes.

ROLE SUMMARY

The role of the Testing and Validation is pivotal in driving the Testing function of Power Systems division within India mainly three functional areas viz.

• Testing Expertise & knowledge: Emission Norms, Testing of Internal combustion Engine and its emission components, able define the Testing & Validation plan & Tear down Analysis.

• Leadership & Communication: Guiding the team and managing stakeholders.

• Internal: All Engg department, Sourcing, Industrial Engineering, production engineering, Sales, Program Manager, Plant and Field Quality.

• External: Test agencies like SGS, ARAI, ICAT, AVL etc

• Market Intelligence & Networking: Able to connect with different automotive agencies and gather the details about future technology and testing methodology.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct testing reviews as per new product development process.
• Perform design & process validation for EM EGR & pneumatic valves.
• Understand engine & subsystem testing requirements.
• Set up & validate mechatronic and mechanical testing equipment.
• Analyze customer return parts & generate reports.
• Test newly developed parts per engineering specs & support application engineers.
• Develop fixtures & test plans, ensuring coordination with the Germany testing team.
• Interface with customers for technical discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Support localization of parts & ensure compliance with emission norms.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION

• Education : BE Mechanical / Automobile/ Mechatronics Engineering
• Experience : 10 to 15 yrs. Experience
• Industry Type : OEM or Tier I MNC automotive in Engine Testing / Vehicle Testing / Component Level Testing / Product Development & Application
