Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent education/experience that equates to a high school diploma
Experience:
- Experience with customer service
Additional Considerations:
Experience:
- Experience in an educational setting, preferably higher education
- Experience in a formal testing environment
- Experience working with students who have disabilities
- Knowledge of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the ADA of 2008, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and other appropriate laws
