Testing Coordinator

Job Summary

Beckloff Behavioral Health Center is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable individual to join our team as a Testing Coordinator. This position plays an important role in supporting our psychological assessment services by coordinating testing appointments, tracking assessment progress, and maintaining accurate records for scheduling and billing purposes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and exceptional attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule psychological testing appointments for clients.
• Track the completion of psychological testing instruments and assessment components.
• Maintain and regularly update testing records to ensure accurate documentation of completed and outstanding assessments.
• Calculate and document testing hours for accurate billing purposes.
• Communicate with clinicians regarding testing schedules, progress, and outstanding assessment needs.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to the psychological testing process.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA and office policies.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with office software and electronic record systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
• Previous administrative experience in a healthcare, mental health, or medical office setting is preferred but not required.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
