Testing Engineer (Electrical Function)

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, test, troubleshoot and resolve faults for electrical components of high and low voltage systems on production sites.
• Provide support for EOL processes and handle relevant issues.
• Identify, coordinate and resolve electrical and intelligent problems of components and complete vehicles.
• Organize, coordinate and address electrical inspection and functional issues arising during production.
• Assist production sites and after-sales teams in diagnosing and solving problems related to vehicle electrics, intelligent systems and powertrain.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Good command of Chinese or English, with strong communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in complete vehicle projects, with a good understanding of vehicle components and controllers. Experience with electrical inspection equipment and related testing procedures and technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of vehicle architecture and electrical systems, with the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, controller circuit diagrams, and wiring harness drawings. Able to independently diagnose faults and troubleshoot technical issues. Experience with New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) is preferred.
• Familiar with technical documentation, engineering software, and testing tools. Able to operate CAN/LIN bus testers, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical measuring instruments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well with others and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
