Testing Engineer (Generator)

• Perform factory acceptance testing (FAT) and routine testing of diesel generator sets.
• Verify generator performance including voltage regulation, frequency stability, load acceptance, and protection functions.
• Conduct load bank testing and performance analysis.
• Test and configure engine controllers, generator controllers, and synchronization systems.
• Inspect electrical wiring, control panels, and mechanical installations before testing.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and control system faults identified during testing.
• Prepare testing reports, checklists, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with production, assembly, and quality departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as ISO, IEC, and customer specifications.
• Support site commissioning activities when required.
• Follow all company safety procedures and HSE requirements during testing operations.
