Testing Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager Corporate Banking & Cash Management with strong expertise in Corporate Banking, Cash Management, Payments, Trade Finance, Lending, Collections & Receivables Management, and Digital Banking Channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end test management activities, driving UAT delivery, managing stakeholders, ensuring quality governance, and delivering successful banking transformation programs.

The candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Corporate Banking operations, payment systems, digital onboarding journeys, and UAE banking practices while demonstrating excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Test Management & Quality Assurance

• Define and implement Test Strategy, Test Plans, Estimation, and Execution Approach.
• Manage SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing activities.
• Drive defect management, quality governance, reporting, and project sign-offs.
• Ensure test coverage across Corporate Banking and Cash Management functionalities.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, quality metrics, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with business, development, and vendor teams for successful releases.

Corporate Banking & Cash Management Validation

• Validate end-to-end Corporate Banking business processes.
• Test Cash Management and Liquidity Management solutions.
• Validate Collections & Receivables Management workflows.
• Test Lending, Trade Finance, and Corporate Payment processing.
• Validate Virtual Account Management (VAM) capabilities.
• Test Digital Corporate Banking channels and customer onboarding journeys.
• Validate host-to-host integrations, file-based transaction processing, and channel interfaces.

Payments & Banking Operations

• Validate NPSS, WPS, SWIFT, and Corporate Payment workflows.
• Test domestic and international payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and operational procedures.
• Validate payment authorization, approval workflows, and reconciliation processes.

UAT & Stakeholder Management

• Drive UAT planning, execution, coordination, and business sign-off.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs and impact assessments.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, and communication.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and resolution discussions.
• Partner closely with Business Users, Product Teams, and Banking Stakeholders.

Delivery Governance

• Drive quality assurance governance across programs.
• Manage resource allocation and testing deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices.
• Monitor project risks and mitigation activities.
• Support Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Lead successful project closures and production sign-offs.

Mandatory Requirements

• 13+ years of Banking QA / Test Management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of recent experience in Corporate Banking projects.
• Strong experience in Cash Management and Payments domain.
• Experience in Trade Finance, Lending, and Receivables Management.
• Hands-on experience managing SIT and UAT programs.
• Strong understanding of UAE banking operations and regulations.
• Experience working with UAE banks and corporate banking platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale banking testing programs.
• Ability to perform hands-on testing when required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and delivery management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Mindgate DigiTB Platform.
• UAE/GCC Banking Experience.
• Corporate Digital Banking Transformation Programs.
• Exposure to Cash Management Implementations and Upgrades.
• Experience in Brownfield Banking Transformation Programs.
