The Company
Our client is a well-established insurance company with a strong market presence, committed to delivering reliable and customer-focused insurance solutions.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end testing activities across large-scale system replacement and transformation projects.
• Define testing strategy, test plans, governance, and quality standards for SIT and UAT.
• Manage test execution, defect tracking, issue resolution, and testing progress reporting.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive operational readiness, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Your Profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in software testing, QA, or test management, with proven team leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, test planning, defect management, and large-scale system implementation projects.
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Insurance or financial services industry experience is highly preferred.
