Exp - 10-15 years
Required Skills
Strong experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT, and End-to-End Testing.
Proven experience managing testing teams of 15–25 members.
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
Strong project planning, estimation, budgeting, and resource management skills.
Drive automation adoption across regression and E2E test suites. Track automation ROI and continuous testing maturity.
Experience with:
JIRA / Azure DevOps
Selenium / Playwright / Cypress
Test Management Tools (Zephyr, ALM)
API Testing (Postman, SoapUI)
SQL and Database Testing
CI/CD and DevOps Practices
Mainframe testing
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Project Management certification.
ISTQB Test Manager certification.
Exposure to AI-assisted testing and quality engineering tools.
