What Youll Do

• Research fashion trends, materials & textile techniques
  • Conceptualize and create new design collections
  • Develop ranges on paper and select fabrics, trims & fits
  • Oversee sampling and production from concept to final product
  • Analyse market feedback and translate insights into design decisions
  • Stay ahead of evolving fashion & textile trends
  • Own the end-to-end design process
  • Collaborate with teams and craftsmen to bring concepts to life

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Textile Design
2–5 years of relevant textile/design experience
Strong & creative design portfolio
Proficiency in design software
Excellent understanding of colour, fabrics & materials
Strong communication & collaboration skills
Detail-oriented, adaptable & highly creative
Passion for Indian textiles and craftsmanship is a plus
