Textile Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Textile Designer role based in Dammam. The Textile Designer will create original textile prints, embroidery layouts, and graphic motifs that align with Masada’s brand identity and project requirements. Day-to-day tasks include researching trends, developing design concepts, preparing artwork and technical files, and collaborating with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with commercial needs. The role involves refining designs based on feedback, working closely with suppliers or production partners, and maintaining consistency in visual standards across all textile applications. The Textile Designer will also support multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines within a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Textile Prints and Textiles, with an understanding of fabric types, techniques, and production processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Candidates should possess skills in Embroidery design, including the ability to create detailed, production-ready embroidery artworks and placements.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field are highly beneficial.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include a strong design portfolio, knowledge of color theory and pattern repeat, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or sports-related brands, and familiarity with local and international textile markets, is an advantage.
