Prints by Radhika is looking for an experienced Textile Designer with expertise in CAD, silhouette-specific placement prints, digital pattern development, and production management. The candidate should be able to develop print designs according to garment silhouettes and take ownership of their execution from concept to final production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative textile prints, placement prints, and digital patterns tailored to specific garment silhouettes.
• Create digital print layouts according to garment patterns, panels, measurements, and construction.
• Develop CAD artworks and production-ready files using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ensure accurate print placement, scale, alignment, and continuity across garment panels.
• Coordinate with pattern makers and sampling teams to ensure designs translate accurately onto garments.
• Work closely with printing vendors, embroidery teams, and production staff to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage sampling, production follow-ups, quality checks, and timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot print and production-related issues while maintaining design accuracy and quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in textile design, preferably in designer or luxury fashion.
• Strong proficiency in CAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Expertise in placement prints, digital pattern development, and silhouette-based print mapping.
• Good understanding of garment construction, pattern making, fabric behaviour, and printing techniques.
• Strong production coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple designs and production timelines.
