Hiring: Textile Design Head

Industry Preference: Ethnic Wear | Contemporary Indian Wear Designer

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, NIFT, NID, or equivalent.

We're looking for a seasoned Textile Design Head to lead textile design, print development, surface innovations, and seasonal collection creation for a renowned premium Indian lifestyle brand. This role will be instrumental in blending India's rich craft heritage with contemporary design aesthetics.

Print, Motif & Surface Development

Seasonal Collection Planning (SS/AW)

Color Palette & Concept Development

Craft Innovation & Artisan Collaborations

Vendor & Sourcing Collaboration

Costing, Sampling & Profitability Management

Team Leadership, Mentoring & Design Excellence

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of experience in textile/fashion design with strong expertise in Indian crafts, printing techniques, fabric development, ethnic wear, contemporary Indian wear, or lifestyle brands. Prior experience leading design teams and driving seasonal collections is essential.
