Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Textile Fashion Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative textile patterns, prints, fabric concepts, and fashion designs that align with current market trends and brand identity.

The candidate should possess strong artistic skills, technical knowledge of textiles, and the ability to transform concepts into commercially viable designs.

Key Responsibilities :

* Research fashion, textile, color, and market trends.

* Develop original textile prints, patterns, embroidery, and fabric concepts.

* Create design sketches, digital illustrations, and technical specifications.

* Select appropriate fabrics, colors, textures, and materials for collections.

* Collaborate with production, merchandising, and marketing teams.

* Prepare design presentations and mood boards.

* Ensure designs meet quality standards and production requirements.

* Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers during product development.

* Revise designs based on feedback and market requirements.

* Maintain an updated portfolio of creative work.

Required Qualifications :

* Bachelor's Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

* 2+ years of relevant experience in textile or fashion design.

* Strong knowledge of textile printing, weaving, embroidery, and fabric construction.

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.

* Excellent creativity, sketching, and presentation skills.

* Strong understanding of fashion trends and color forecasting.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills :

* Experience with digital textile printing.

* Knowledge of garment construction and production processes.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Portfolio demonstrating innovative textile and fashion design work.

Salary Market competitive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience.

* Inspiration or concept

* Fabric details

* Color palette

* Design development process

* Final design visualization

Important Note:

Applications submitted without an updated resume and a portfolio presentation containing at least 20 recent original design images will not be considered.

Submission Format: PDF or PowerPoint Presentation

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
