Textile Marker Maker

The Marker Maker is responsible for preparing and processing markers, patterns, work orders, cut sheets, and related documentation to support efficient and accurate production.

Working closely with the production team, the Marker Maker ensures that markers and patterns are prepared according to production priorities, customer requirements, and established quality standards. This role uses AccuMark and other production tools to support manufacturing activities, maintain an efficient workflow, and help ensure the effective use of materials. The Marker Maker also contributes to quality, continuous improvement, and collaboration across the production team while supporting INNOTEX’s commitment to manufacturing high-quality protective equipment.

This position is based in Ohatchee, Alabama, and requires on-site presence.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Prepare and process markers, patterns, work orders, cut sheets, and production documentation.
• Create and adjust markers and patterns according to production requirements and priorities.
• Ensure accuracy of measurements, layouts, and documentation before release to production.
• Support custom orders and respond to changing production needs.
• Collaborate with production employees and supervisors to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Follow established quality procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Participate in team meetings, training, and other company initiatives as required.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the textile, apparel, or manufacturing industry.
• Experience with marker making, patterns, cutting preparation, or textile production.
• Experience using marker-making or pattern-making software.
• Strong computer and technical skills.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Knowledge of ISO standards or Quality Management Systems is an asset.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
