Textile Planning Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Textile Planning Consultant to lead and optimize production planning processes, ensuring efficient capacity utilization, realistic production schedules, and timely order fulfillment.

This role will focus on aligning customer demand with manufacturing capabilities, optimizing resources, and strengthening coordination between Production, Sales, Supply Chain, and other key departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage short-, medium-, and long-term production plans.
• Optimize production capacity, machine allocation, and manufacturing schedules.
• Monitor production performance, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop and monitor planning KPIs and support ERP/MRP improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in production planning within the textile manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of capacity planning, production scheduling, inventory management, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Hands-on experience in textile manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of spinning, knitting, dyeing, or finishing processes is highly valued.
• Valid passport and availability for international travel
• Open to relocation to Honduras.
