We are looking for Production Operatives to join our growing manufacturing team. Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or are looking to learn new skills, we will provide full training and support to help you build a long-term career with us.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be part of our manufacturing team, helping us produce high quality textiles for customers across the world.

This is a hands-on role where you will learn our processes, work with experienced colleagues and play an important part in keeping production running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

· Supporting different areas of the manufacturing process.

· Carrying out quality checks to ensure our high standards are maintained.

· Working as part of a team to achieve daily production requirements.

· Following production procedures and health and safety guidelines.

· Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

What Are We Looking For

You do not need previous manufacturing experience as a Production Operative. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, who is reliable, willing to learn and takes pride in their work.

You will ideally have:

· A positive approach and strong work ethic.

· Good attention to detail.

· Good timekeeping and attendance.

· The ability to work well as part of a team.

· Good eyesight and colour awareness.

· A willingness to learn new skills.

Previous experience in manufacturing, production or textiles would be an advantage, but it is not essential as full training will be provided.
