TEXTILE PROJECT SPECIALIST

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering,
• At least two years of experience in a similar role,
• Knowledge of automotive project processes (APQP), IATF 16949:2016 and VDA requirements,
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across different locations,
• Advanced English proficiency (at least B2 level),
• Valid Class B driver’s license and active driving experience,
• Willingness to travel between locations when required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage textile projects in coordination with relevant departments, ensuring that development activities follow the internal TDP procedure and Textile PMO requirements.
• Prepare, submit and maintain project documentation in line with customer deadlines and the TDP plan.
• Organize and facilitate weekly project meetings, maintain the agenda and follow up on actions to ensure development activities meet project and TDP milestones.
• Maintain communication with Tier 1 customers and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle until the start of production (SOP), ensuring timely responses to requests.
• Identify issues arising during production, contribute to solutions and support continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare reports on fairs and seminars attended and share relevant insights with the department.
