We are seeking an experienced Textile Screen Print Pre-Press Technician to join our growing team. This position focuses on development printing, strike-offs, sampling, and specialty textile printing, while working with some of the world’s most recognizable clothing brands.

Essential Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain automatic screen making and related production equipment.
• Perform screen making and ink mixing activities as needed
• Identify and resolve issues related to screens, inks, and equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, screens, squeegees, and support equipment.
• Follow established production procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding customer products, artwork, development samples, and proprietary projects.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Experience of screen making and ink mixing processes.
• Demonstrated experience with high solids water-based inks and discharge printing.
• Ability to identify and correct print defects and production issues independently.
• Experience with screen making and ink mixing.
• Ability to maintain strict discretion regarding customer artwork, product development samples, and proprietary projects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, or bilingual in both languages.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds, perform repetitive motions such as bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling, and possess visual acuity sufficient to distinguish colors accurately for print quality evaluation.
