The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging, structured, and effective classroom instruction with a strong focus on academic improvement, student performance, and overall learning outcomes. The role involves planning and delivering lessons that make concepts clear, meaningful, and easy for students to understand.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and conducting lessons in accordance with the school’s academic curriculum and learning objectives.
• Regularly assessing student understanding and academic progress, and taking appropriate measures to improve learning outcomes.
• Identifying areas where students require additional support and providing suitable academic guidance and reinforcement.
• Designing and conducting classroom activities, interactive exercises, projects, and learning experiences to make lessons engaging and effective.
• Using storytelling, real-life examples, demonstrations, and creative teaching methods to simplify complex topics and improve conceptual understanding.
• Encouraging active classroom participation, questioning, discussion, and curiosity among students.
• Preparing appropriate teaching and learning materials to support classroom instruction.
• Maintaining regular records of student performance and communicating progress and areas for improvement when required.
• Supporting students in developing strong academic foundations, confidence, and independent learning habits.
• Contributing to a positive, disciplined, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues and the academic team to continuously improve teaching practices and student achievement.

The role requires a consistent focus on academic excellence, effective teaching practices, student engagement, and measurable improvement in learning outcomes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
