Vacancy: Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) Subjects: Mathematics | Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) | Social Science (History/Geography/Pol. Science/Economics) Department: Middle / Secondary School (Classes 6 to 10) Position Overview We are seeking subject-matter specialists to teach Mathematics, Science, and Social Science at the middle and secondary levels. Candidates must possess deep conceptual clarity in their specific discipline, proven ability to handle mixed-ability classrooms, and the technical competence to teach through inquiry-based learning rather than rote memorization. 1. TGT Mathematics * Core Responsibilities: * Deliver rigorous instruction in algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and statistics aligned with secondary curriculum standards. * Move students beyond algorithmic calculation to mathematical reasoning and proof-based problem solving. * Design diagnostic assessments to identify and remediate persistent gaps in foundational numeracy. * Requirements: * Qualification: B.Sc. in Mathematics or Statistics with B.Ed. (Specialization in Mathematics pedagogy preferred). * Experience: Minimum 2 years of middle/high school teaching experience in a recognized board (CBSE/ICSE/IB). * Hard Skills: Proficient in using geometric software (GeoGebra) or interactive math tools for concept visualization. 2. TGT Science (Physics / Chemistry / Biology) * Core Responsibilities: * Teach integrated science or specialized science tracks with a heavy emphasis on experimental design and scientific method. * Supervise and manage laboratory sessions, enforcing strict safety protocols during chemical and physical experiments. * Connect theoretical scientific principles to real-world phenomena and current technological applications. * Requirements: * Qualification: B.Sc. (Hons/Gen) in Physics, Chemistry, or Botany/Zoology with B.Ed. * Experience: Minimum 2 years teaching laboratory-based science at the middle/secondary level. * Hard Skills: Demonstrated ability to set up and conduct standard curriculum laboratory demonstrations independently. 3. TGT Social Science (History / Geography / Civics / Economics) * Core Responsibilities: * Instruct across the social science spectrum, cultivating critical source analysis, geographical mapping skills, and civic literacy. * Facilitate structured debates and evidence-based essay writing rather than relying on textbook regurgitation. * Contextualize historical events and economic principles using contemporary data and case studies. * Requirements: * Qualification: B.A. in History, Political Science, Geography, or Economics with B.Ed. * Experience: Minimum 2 years teaching social sciences at the middle/secondary level. * Hard Skills: Strong cartographic literacy and ability to analyze primary historical sources. General Eligibility & Competencies (All Posts) * Academic Standing: Minimum 50% marks aggregate in graduation, post-graduation (if applicable), and B.Ed. * Communication: Exceptional verbal and written command of English; clarity of voice and instructional delivery. * Pedagogy: Working knowledge of constructivist lesson planning, formative assessment design, and differentiation for diverse learners.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
