Thai Coaching/Trainer & Interpreter

We deliver high-quality training and coaching programs to individuals and organizations and work with participants from different backgrounds and cultures.

We are currently looking for a Thai Coach/Trainer & English–Thai Interpreter to join our team and support the delivery of our training and coaching programs for Thai-speaking participants.

About the role

As a Thai Coach/Trainer & English–Thai Interpreter, you will combine Thai-language coaching, training facilitation, and English–Thai translation and interpretation to support international trainers and ensure Thai participants clearly understand, engage with, and benefit from NLP, coaching, leadership, and personal development programs.

Key responsibilities

• Translate NLP training workbooks, manuals, slides, scripts, exercises, certification materials, and other training content from English to Thai.
• Provide simultaneous and slide by slide English–Thai interpretation during live online and in-person training, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Adapt translated content to ensure it is clear, natural, culturally appropriate, and easy for Thai participants to understand.
• Deliver coaching and learning support to Thai participants throughout NLP, coaching, leadership, and personal development programs.
• Facilitate coaching exercises, discussions, activities, and practical sessions in Thai.
• Explain NLP, coaching, leadership, mindset, and personal development concepts clearly and effectively.
• Translate and adapt marketing and communication materials, including emails, landing pages, presentations, and promotional content.
• Prepare, proofread, and review Thai training and coaching materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional quality.
• Maintain consistency of NLP and coaching terminology across all Thai materials.
• Support Thai participants before, during, and after training, including learning support and program-related communication.
• Work with trainers and the internal team to clarify concepts, terminology, and training objectives when required.
• Assist with training preparation, events, certification programs, and other coaching-related projects as required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of company materials, intellectual property, and participant information.

Qualifications and Required Skills

• Thai nationality.
• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in translation, interpretation, coaching, training, teaching, or facilitation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking and facilitating in front of groups.
• Able to explain complex NLP, coaching, leadership, and personal development concepts clearly and naturally.
• Able to remain calm, focused, and accurate during live interpretation and training sessions.
• Organized, reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• NLP or coaching certification and experience with workshops, seminars, or international trainers are a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based with 9am-6pm, Mondays to Fridays (with weekend trainings from time to time)
• Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
