PT Wanted in Tharwa, ACT
Forget Rent. We Book The Clients. We Mentor You Weekly.
<ul>
<li>Tharwa, ACT | Casual | start immediately</li>
<li>$40.17 to $55/hr plus super plus commission, rate based on ongoing client hours</li>
<li>Build to 20 to 30+ paid hours/week</li>
<li>What Is Actually On The Table</li>
</ul>
Fair reaction. So here is exactly what is on the table, no fine print:
A diary that fills itself. Our team runs the outreach so your week books out without you lifting a finger.
Free gym access. Train yourself and coach your clients with no fees.
Mentoring that pays for itself. A coach with 15+ years in the game helping you turn trials into ongoing clients, every single week.
Your own PT assistant. Books sessions, sends reminders, handles follow ups and passes you notes before every client walks in. You just show up and coach.
Leads booked straight into your calendar. 100+ in your first 12 weeks, while you are at home. We handle the outreach, the convincing and the booking. They show up ready to train.
Coaching Is the Job. The Rest Should Not Be Your Problem.
Coaching is why you are here. Not sales scripts, not rent, not endless admin.
Not to:
<ul>
<li>Pay $300 a week for the privilege of cold calling strangers and hoping one shows up</li>
<li>Hand over rent every week before you have earned a single dollar back</li>
<li>Burn your evenings writing captions nobody books from</li>
<li>Talented coaches quit every week, not because they are bad at it, but because the model is stacked against them.</li>
</ul>
Jamie Fitness was built so you can just coach.
What This Actually Looks Like
You turn up and the diary is full and confirmed. Reminders and follow ups are already sent. Your mentor just helped you move five trials onto ongoing packages. Your hours grow, your pay grows, and none of it cost you a cent.
That is genuinely the role.
So, The Catch?
None, really. Just a bar to clear. This fits if you are:
<ul>
<li>Structured. You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.</li>
<li>Consistent. You show up the same way on the hard days as the easy ones.</li>
<li>Accountable. You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.</li>
<li>Reliable. People can count on you to be there and be ready.</li>
<li>If that does not sound like you, no hard feelings. We are after coaches who want to coach and grow.</li>
</ul>
