Position Overview:
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly individuals to join our team as Part-Time Facility Team Members. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of the action—welcoming guests, keeping the space running smoothly, and making sure everyone has an unforgettable time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in customers and members for their scheduled activities.
• Assist guests with understanding and using our simulators, axe throwing lanes, and AR dartboards.
• Monitor axe throwing areas to ensure safe and responsible play.
• Run food orders from on-site food trucks to customers.
• Prepare and serve limited menu items from our in-house kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and common areas.
• Answer questions and provide information about our services and offerings.
• Support event setups and group bookings as needed.
• Jump in wherever needed—this is a team effort!

Who You Are:

• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable with strong communication skills.
• Reliable and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment.
• Able to multitask and stay cool under pressure.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or food service experience is a plus—but not required.
