The Craneware Group supports a flexible work environment as well as a collaborative and teamwork focused atmosphere. Employees will be expected to work a hybrid working arrangement spending 40% of their time per month in the Tanfield office - approx 2 days per week.

At The Craneware Group, we’re passionate about giving graduates the opportunity to learn, develop and discover where their strengths can take them.

Our Graduate Program is a one-year rotational program designed to give you hands-on experience across different areas of the business, helping you build your skills, explore different career paths and discover where your strengths and interests could take you.

Our program has previously included experience across Software Support and a range of Product Development functions, before moving into Software Development and gaining hands-on experience working with our technology and live projects.

The Team

You’ll join a collaborative environment where you’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues across different teams and disciplines.

The Graduate Program was created to give graduates real exposure to the business while developing their skills through practical experience. Previous program rotations have included areas such as Software Support, UX, DevOps, QA, Documentation, Product Management and Software Development

You won’t just be watching from the sidelines. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships, contribute to real work and develop an understanding of how different teams work together to deliver our products and support our customers.

You Will Be

• Building your knowledge and experience through hands-on learning and development
• Working alongside experienced colleagues and learning from different areas of the business
• Contributing to real projects and gaining practical workplace experience
• Developing both your technical and professional skills
• Building your confidence working within a professional, collaborative environment
