Opened in 2008, Four Seasons Hotel Macao has become a coveted destination for both business and leisure travelers who seek exceptional and personalized services. Its numerous awards and satisfied customers attest to its excellence. In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. About the role: 

The Study Server provides  exceptional quality and service to Restaurant guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.

What you will do:

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards

What you bring:

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
