MedicsPro is recruiting an experienced Theatre Manager for a leading private hospital in the South West.

You’ll provide senior leadership across:

🏥 Three theatres

❤️ Hybrid cardiac catheter lab/theatre

🔬 Endoscopy suite

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse or ODP with:

✅ Strong theatre experience

✅ At least two years in a senior leadership position

✅ Proven people management skills

✅ Experience managing budgets and service performance

✅ Excellent communication and operational leadership

The position is 37.5 hours per week , with participation in the management on-call rota, currently approximately one weekend in every four to six .
