Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring clear communication of special requests or dietary needs
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Fluent and willing in producing casual social media content
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales, utilizing knowledge of the menu and specials
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Clear tables efficiently, bus dishes, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas according to sanitation standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining a friendly attitude

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts through strong time management skills
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing
