About the role

We are seeking an experienced Therapy Centre Captain / Shop Manager to join our team at KUFONG THERAPY CENTRE SDN. BHD. Sabah. As the Therapy Centre Captain / Shop Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and management of our therapy centre, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and lead a team of therapists, ensuring they provide high-quality services and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the therapy centre, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, increase sales, and drive business growth
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the centre
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, providing coaching and support to team members

What we're looking for

• Substantial experience (3-5 years) in a similar role within the retail or therapy/wellness industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, inventory control, and reporting
• Thorough understanding of the therapy/wellness industry and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin language skills an advantage)
• Must process with own transport.
