About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our growing team in Arley, AL. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families by providing high-quality mental health care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches
• Assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all client interactions

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Active or eligible licensure in Alabama (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Experience in individual and/or group therapy settings preferred
• Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
