The Opportunity
As a contract therapist, you will provide high-quality virtual therapy services while collaborating with our psychiatric and clinical support team when appropriate. You will have the independence to practice within your professional judgment while benefiting from an organization committed to responsive operational support and a strong interdisciplinary culture.
Responsibilities may include:

• Conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments
• Providing evidence-based individual therapy through telehealth
• Developing individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
• Maintaining timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment approaches as appropriate
• Coordinating care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other members of the patient’s care team—with proper authorization
• Identifying and responding appropriately to safety concerns or changes in clinical status
• Participating in case collaboration, mentorship, culture-building, and professional development opportunities
• Helping us improve the patient and clinician experience as Accumind grows

Contractors may have access to mentorship from experienced clinical and organizational leaders, interdisciplinary case consultation, and opportunities to expand their skills and areas of responsibility.

Equity is not guaranteed and would be based on factors such as sustained contribution, performance, leadership, organizational needs, and eligibility under any future equity or incentive plan. Any equity opportunity would be governed by a separate written agreement.
We are especially interested in clinicians who want to contribute ideas, help develop programs, and build something meaningful—not simply maintain a caseload.
Who We’re Looking For
The right clinician for Accumind is not only clinically capable but also thoughtful, dependable, warm, collaborative, and excited to contribute to a different kind of behavioral health culture.

Preferred qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Florida license as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, psychologist, or other independently licensed behavioral health professional
• Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited program
• Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services
• Strong clinical documentation, communication, and care-coordination skills
• Comfort providing services through telehealth
• Ability to manage an independent caseload reliably and professionally
• Commitment to ethical, inclusive, culturally responsive, and patient-centered care
• Interest in ADHD, anxiety, depression, executive functioning, life transitions, or related areas is especially welcome
