Therapist

Seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist in St. Paul, MN to provide individual, group, and family therapy, primarily focused on sexual offense and problematic behaviors.

• Must have a Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, or social work, with independent licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW).

• Experience with sexual abuse dynamics, sexuality, and criminal justice system knowledge preferred.

• Responsibilities include assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, therapy sessions, progress reviews, court reports, and community consultations.

• Requires strong therapy skills, communication, organization, and professionalism.

• Position involves some travel, flexible hours, and one scheduled late evening per week.
