Therapist

The Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) provides professional mental health therapy, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination to patients and families.

• Conducts culturally sensitive assessments, develops treatment plans, and delivers therapy services.

• Participates in team meetings, maintains accurate documentation, and supports school-based interventions.

• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and maintains professional credentials.

• Develops collaborative relationships with internal staff and external resources.

• Requires a Master’s in Social Work, LMSW licensure in Maryland, and 3+ years healthcare experience.
