Therapist

The Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) provides professional therapy, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination to patients and families.

• Conducts culturally sensitive assessments, develops treatment plans, and offers therapy in an interdisciplinary team setting.

• Documents services per regulatory standards and supports school systems with evaluations and meetings.

• Ensures compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational policies, maintaining current credentials and best practices.

• Builds collaborative relationships with internal staff and external resources.

• Upholds professional conduct, ethical standards, and organizational values.

• Participates in team meetings, maintains accurate records, and contributes to continuous improvement.

• Requires a Master’s in social work, Maryland LMSW license, 3+ years healthcare experience, and relocation to Salisbury, MD.
