Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting outpatient psychotherapy and a passion for helping clients achieve their mental health goals. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and make a meaningful impact in their lives. We are hiring a clinician for our Palm Beach Gardens office location. This is a full time in office position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs.
• Provide individual and occasional group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings.
• Stay current with best practices and developments in the field.
• Experience working with children and teens in a clinical setting.
• Some evening and/ or weekend availability as needed.
• Ability to maintain full caseload and meet full time clinical hours of around 20 sessions per week.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy.
• Active and valid state license to practice in Florida, or registered intern (FL)
• If provisionally licensed, registered intern for board of social work only (RCSWI)
• LCSW, LMFT, LMHC welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Strong work ethic and motivation to grow in the field.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
